ABOUT "MOOS"

I'm Carleigh Moos, also known as just "Moos". I am New York based performer, originally from South Jersey.

I began dancing when I was 3 years old and fell into the dance competition world. After years of competing, I took the leap and started doing theatre. Throughout my educational years, I was involved in school choirs and acting leagues. It quickly became second nature to sing and act on a stage. That is where I found my true passion.

​In 2022, I crossed the river and moved to NYC to further my training at The Institute For American Musical Theatre, under the direction of Michael Minarik. IAMT facilitates well rounded training in dance, voice, and storytelling. There, I've had the opportunity to work with many knowledgeable people in the industry and have been involved in pre-pro sessions and valuable workshops. 

In May, I will be graduating from IAMT and taking the next steps in my professional career!
